Ira Spiro is a sole pracitioner. He represents employees as plaintiffs in class and group actions. The class actions handled by him involve unlawful employment practices, such as claims for unpaid wages, overtime, missed meal and rest periods, unpaid vacation pay, and failures to pay final wages on time.

He also advises and negotiations for tenants. Usualy he does not take on lawsuits for tenants, but he is open to doing so.
